The commanding general of the U.S. Army Cyber Command, Lt. Gen. Edward C. Cardon, addressed the Augusta Chamber of Commerce’s 106th annual meeting Feb. 27 at the Marriott Hotel to talk about the relocation of the command to Fort Gordon and its impact on the Central Savannah River Area.
